• BLA membership cost for 2024 is $200 per household.
• Each household represents one Barnes Landing property. People who own multiple properties in Barnes Landing must pay the membership fee for each property.
• All household members (spouses, children, grandchildren) are covered under ONE membership "bundle".
• One person in the household will be considered the Administrator, if they are the one who pays the annual dues and manages the household membership account.
• Often there are other household members who would like to receive information from the Association about news, events and updates. It is up to the Administrator to add additional members and their contact information.
• By adding your spouse or children as members on your account will enable them to login to the BLA website and have access to Members Only content. 
• Members in good standing may bring weekend guests to any BLA activities.

The information you share with the Barnes Landing Association is strictly confidential and will only be used for Barnes Landing Association (BLA) business purposes, such as community news, events, announcements, Board Member elections, dues payment reminders or other BLA related information.

We try to limit the email frequency and keep all communications related only to BLA specific content. We do not EVER sell or share this information with any third parties!
